The RMR Group is looking to attract a life science tenant. We are repositioning an existing office building of 57,000 sq ft into a state-of-the-art lab space.
330 Billerica Road - retail café
Chelmsford, MA
The RMR Group welcomes the Pressed Café to the existing 100,000 sq ft building. This project is an on-going build-out with tenant retrofits, along with the integration of rooftop units.
Boston Convention and Exhibition Center

The entire building automation system is being replaced and upgraded throughout the 516,000 sq ft building. This allows the BCEC to have better control of building comfort and temperature, as well as enhancing energy savings.
Fuller Middle School
Framingham, MA
AEM implemented an IP based system in the 157,000 sq ft building, allowing the Fuller Middle School to maximize its energy efficient efforts, along with improving air quality and occupant comfort in the classrooms. There are 150 VAV boxes which optimize energy savings, along with 7 rooftop units that use an energy recovery technology.
2 Canal Park
Cambridge, MA
This 200,000 sq ft building is going through system upgrades to enable IP controls for tenant fit outs. We are supporting Intercontinental in attempt to upkeep their building with the newest and greatest technology for their tenants.
6 Omni Way
Chelmsford, MA
AEM is replacing the current outdated legacy system with a brand-new BAS system throughout the 50,600 sq ft building. This new technology will allow for energy savings and improved cost effectiveness.
Groton School
Groton, MA
AEM is currently servicing the Groton School with ongoing upgrades and enhancements to give the private school state of the art technology. Some projects include an upgrade of pneumatic building controls and ionization to improve indoor air quality.
Marillac
Wellesley, MA
AEM currently maintains the campus for Marillac Residence, a Residential Care Community. Recently, we have enhanced air quality throughout the buildings by replacing air handling units.
Newburyport High School

AEM works on continuing energy and air quality enhancements for the Newburyport High School to ensure optimal energy savings and a safe school environment.
Framingham State University
