Steve Cunningham

Steve is a dedicated energy management/building automation expert with over 40 years’ experience in the industry, including 37 years with AEM, serving at times in field service, project management, energy engineering and sales.

In his role as service manager, he worked extensively with clients on energy optimization strategy, helping to deliver millions in energy savings.  For the past 10+ years, in his role as Vice President of Sales, he has overseen the development of projects in a range of markets including retail, health care, office/industrial, institutional and education.  He’s AEE certified as a CEM (certified energy manager) and holds his Massachusetts Journeyman and Master Electrician licenses.
