James Thyne

Jim started with AEM in 1984 in the production department and as a field technician. 

Jim quickly acquired the experience and education necessary to advance into project management and control engineering.  Jim’s real-world knowledge of HVAC design, control integration, computerized hardware and software made him a great candidate to lead AEM’s design standards.  Jim currently manages the Software and Engineering department and runs many of AEM’s larger projects across the country.  As a leader within AEM Jim strives for excellence, mentor’s others, leads by example, and sets a high standard for the entire company.
